Debora Morris, BFA
Debora has found herself a part of a growing group of adults with parents who increasingly need more assistance. Through this journey with her own parents, she has found a passion for older citizens and an understanding that only comes from experience.
In addition to caring for her parents, in 2001 her church asked for volunteers for a new outreach program benefiting seniors. For 12 years, she was honored to walk beside one couple. Among numerous other responsibilities, she helped to prepare bills, assisted with their banking needs, accompanied them to physicians’ offices and hospitals to document outcomes and coordinated with legal and guardianship entities to carry out their final wishes.
The first hand knowledge she acquired through her personal experiences, in addition to her background in teaching and her years of service as a small business owner, a private investigator and a caregiver, give Debora the understanding and expertise to care for your loved one as she would her own family member.
Teresa Harbottle, MBA
As the daughter of an air force pilot, Teresa’s visits with grandparents were special but rare treats. While her transient lifestyle taught her to appreciate the time she spent with them, she also witnessed firsthand the challenges of caring for aging parents from far off locales. Her own father’s sudden passing hastened her advent into family caregiving much sooner than expected.
Now, with over 21 years personal experience, Teresa is uniquely poised to merge her professional skills and personal experiences to help other families find focused solutions for elderly parents. Complementing her personal knowledge is a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. She brings over 25 years of large, medium and small business experience in administration, operations and customer service to Evergreen Elder Concierge.
As an Elder Concierge for the last six years, Teresa is exceptionally qualified to address the multitude of challenges facing today’s seniors and their families. She believes seniors have much to offer and prides herself on providing solutions that will allow them to remain involved and connected in ways that maintain their independence and enrich their quality of life. These relationships are the ultimate reward as she helps clients successfully navigate their golden years.
